Garmin is pleased to announce two more 2016 European Pilot Training Classes on October 1-2 and October 3-4 in Hannover, Germany. These classes are the same hands-on, scenario-based classes for the G500/G600 and GTN Series taught at Garmin’s Olathe, Kansas headquarters, but tailored to the European flight environment. All attendees will have access to actual G500/G600 and GTN avionics at their individual learning stations. All attendees will receive a free three-month subscription to the Garmin Pilot app and a code for a free GTN iPad trainer.
AOPA members that provide their membership number during registration will also receive access to the Garmin GTN Essentials eLearning course for free.
This course is great for both those new to Garmin avionics and those who have already flown with them but want to become more proficient with all the capabilities. Garmin’s goal is for you to be confident in the operation of your Garmin avionics, and integration of this equipment into your flight operations. Their instructor-led classroom training builds on your knowledge and experience using scenario-based training and hands-on interaction with the equipment.
These training opportunities will help you maximize the capabilities of your Garmin equipment and develop your method of integrating these avionics into flight planning and flying.
